NTG5s1 На команде видео идет без звука

Обратился клиент с вопросом видео идет звук не идет. Я понимаю, что скорее какие-нить кодеки и т.д. не поддерживаются, так вот вопрос как подбирать что скачать, чтобы звук был?
При этом на сд-шку я накидал коротких мультиков(машу и т.д.), из 4-ех разных раздач, у всех звук шел. У него на карте фильмов 10 и ни на одном нет звука.
Или может только файлы с одной дорожкой звук воспроизводит, хз. требуется помощь "зала".
Да, и я попробовал уже на двух командах их посмотреть, на втором вместо картинки, надпись "не отвлекайтесь"(ну скорее всего кодировки смотреть надо), но при этом время файла идет.

48khz в том, что не идёт и 44 khz в идущем. возможно этом проблема.

на машине есть 810?

да на обоих машинах усилки.
Может с двумя звуковыми дорожками справиться не может, надо будет проверить

ну, надо меню потыкать -может там выбор звука есть. а так - различие 48 и 44 khz.

с дорожкой тоже отпадает, вспомнил что перекидывал с его карточки фильм

и 48 кажись мультик запускал, и был звук, но не точно ))). Проверю тогда 48

не любые файли со звуком в 48кгц идут. У меня тоже с айпода не каждый m4a с 48кгц играет, тот же файл с 44.1 играет.
